Paracom Realty Corporation was founded in 1990 by Bernard Feinstein as President and sole owner. The Corporation was established as a full service commercial real estate brokerage, based in Toronto, Ontario. Through Bernard's efforts and his past experience of ten years as a real estate representative in the real estate industry, the business grew rapidly. HIs well established connections with property owners, developers and retailers proved to be very successful - Paracom Realty Corporation was well recognized as a leading boutique commercial brokerage house.
In 1995, Seymour Schwartz joined Paracom as a Partner. Seymour's departure from the Molson Group of Companies as a Vice President of Real Estate brought extensive experience and know how to the company and proved to be a great asset.
Also in 1995 Paracom opened offices in the Province of Quebec in Montreal and Quebec City to service it's clients both in the province and the Atlantic provinces. As well it established relationships with successful real estate brokers as affiliated partnerships in Western Canada.
Paracom continued to specialize in retail leasing - both on the tenant mandate side and proeprty owners and developers of shopping centres.
Today Paracom is a more diversified brokerage company - it still continues it's retail mandates, servicing the urban markets in major Canadian cities and surburban developments throughout the country.
Paracom has recently opened a second Toronto urban office in the Bloor/Yorkville district to better service its core cliental.
Investment sales and leasing of commercial buildings, industrial properties and high rise residential apartments play a major part of its core business with well established reputable sales representatives with vast experience, expertise and knowledge of the markets in these fields of real estate.
